RETURN ELIGIBILITY

INCORRECT PRODUCT
An incorrect product has been delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. This is not valid for products where it is mentioned that design/styles/Color may vary on the website. Please record a video before opening the box. You have to make an unboxing video in which the shipping label and the product unboxing will be mentioned. Then you can upload the video in mail or send the link. If we found that the issue is same as described by you, then we will initiate the replacement or refund of the product
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging and immediately share the same with our team. (Note: In such a case, please share the videos/pictures of the damaged product with us the same day of receiving the product.) You have to make an unboxing video in which the shipping label and the product unboxing will be mentioned. Please email us at Support@dittogoods.com with the details of the product and your Order number.
REQUISITES FOR RETURN
- Product outer box should be in the original mint condition with price tags.
- Products should not be used, worn out or torn/damaged.
- The originally shipped labels and invoice should be made available.
TIME PERIOD
Please contact our customer care department within 48 hours of delivery, in case you wish to return any products and your purchase meets the above criteria. our return window shuts 48 hours after the product is delivered to you. The return will request will be accepted only if the product is damaged or not working.

Post verification, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-7 business days.
Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain pin codes in India. For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available, you are requested to ship the product on your own within 3 days of receiving it. Please ship the product to a Kolkata based address that is provided by our team.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain products are not returnable and hence are not subjected to our return policy. The same will be specified on the individual product and brand pages.
Packaging Damaged products are non returnable as all these products go through a strict QC process by our Quality team. Additionally, images of each and every product are shared with the customer after they place an order. Packaging damaged products are shipped only after a customer is satisfied with the condition of the product and its box.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ditto Goods prides itself on shipping out orders as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, then please send an email to us at Support@dittogoods.com with your product and order details. The email must be sent within 3 hours of placing the order and also during our working hours.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND AMOUNT
LOST PRODUCT
At the time of delivery if an item is lost in-transit by the courier, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT DELIVERED
In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, and qualify for a return as our return policy, we will provide a full refund to you. The refund will be initiated only after the products are received at our warehouse, and successfully pass the quality check.
CANCELLED ORDERS
For all orders that are cancelled, we will provide a full refund to you.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
For all prepaid orders that are not accepted by you and are returned to our warehouse, a small processing fee of INR 100 will be charged to you, and the balance will be refunded to you. Please note that the shipping and handling charges that were charged to you while placing the order will not be refunded in this case.
DISCOUNTED PRODUCT
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
MODE OF REFUND
- In case of online payment, the refund will be provided to you by UPI, Net Banking, IMPS or RTGS.
- In case of COD orders, the refund will be provided to the customer by UPI, Net Banking, IMPS or RTGS.
- In case of cancellations, the refund will be provided to you by UPI, Net Banking, IMPS or RTGS.
- We do not offer refunds to your credit card.
